Mandala Consulting was engaged by the Canadian Government (Team Canada Trade Mission to Indonesia) to facilitate B2B meetings for Canadian companies participating in a trade mission to Indonesia. The objective was to connect these companies with Indonesian firms in the related industries to foster collaborations. To meet this need, Mandala first identified and curated suitable Indonesian companies and created a contact database covering hundreds of businesses.
