Our Lead Consultant, Rachmat Fathoni, brings a wealth of experience in the Energy, Public Policy, and Peace and Security sectors. He has held strategic positions as a Policy Aide to a Provincial Governor of NTB, Special Staff to the President of Indonesia, and Strategy Aide to the Director General of Oil and Gas.
His prudence is evident in his drafting of key policy memos, covering topics such as oil-to-gas conversion for transportation, Indonesian oil refinery development, and national gas policy. As an LPDP Awardee and graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Rachmat’s expertise extends to research on Waste to Energy, Education Policy, and Cabinet Formation.
