Ayu Kartika Dewi is a strategic advisor with deep experience in corporate strategy, public-sector leadership, and social impact.
Her background includes management consulting at McKinsey & Company, regional strategy work at Procter & Gamble in Singapore, and senior advisory roles in national- and city-level as Special Staff to the President of Indonesia, Special Staff to the Governor of Jakarta, and Associate Director in the President’s Delivery Unit.
Passionate about education, she previously led the Indika Foundation and served as a primary school teacher on a remote Indonesian island. She is now a mindfulness practitioner and a meditation instructor.
She is a recipient of the Satyalencana Wira Karya medal from the President of Indonesia and has been awarded fellowships from leading international institutions, such as the Equity Initiative, KAICIID, the Obama Foundation, Australia Awards, the British Council, and the Singapore International Foundation. She also earned global and regional awards during her tenure at P&G.
She holds an MBA from Duke University (USA), supported by both the Fulbright and Keller Scholarships.
