Our Associate Consultant, Alifian Arrazi, has experience in Indonesia’s policy landscape, specializing in policy design and policy advocacy. In his previous role as a research assistant at the Center for Digital Society, Alifian was well exposed to Indonesia’s and regional ICT governance. He assisted the research team in conducting in-depth research and supporting advocacy projects for several technological companies.
A remarkable moment in his career began when he was involved in researching and providing solutions in future technology areas, notably in Artificial Intelligence. This experience helped him to understand the complexity presented in an emerging unregulated area and help institutions navigate the complex and dynamic situation.
Alifian graduated with cum laude honors from the Public Policy and Management Department at Universitas Gadjah Mada and was the recipient of The Central Bank of Indonesia scholarship. He also received a full-ride scholarship from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (2023) to study Asian Politics and Political Science for one semester at The Australian National University (ANU).
