Mandala Consulting is looking for a determined undergraduate or a young professional who has recently graduated from university and is just starting their career journey to join our team as Associate Consultant. In this role, you will have the chance to apply and develop your analytical skills, research abilities, creative thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and leadership potential

What you’ll do:

At Mandala Consulting, you will begin as a generalist and immediately dive into challenging projects, collaborating closely with our consultants. Our goal is to fast-track your growth as a leader, empowering you to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the world.

You will work in a team of 2 to 4 associate consultants to develop solutions for specific client issues. This will involve collecting data, analyzing information, and testing hypotheses. You will also gain insights from industry experts, policymakers, and other stakeholders.

Qualification:

  • Learner – The ideal candidates should have either a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in public policy, public administration, business management, finance, economics, political science, STEM, or alternatively, have at least one year of work experience that entails rigorous research and analysis.
  • Excellent in English – A strong command of the English language, both in writing and verbally 
  • Collaborative – Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Problem diagnosis – The ability to identify and analyze problems
  • Inquisitive – A deep curiosity and desire for knowledge 
  • Probing skill – The ability to ask pertinent questions to gather information and gain insights 
  • Crunching Numbers – Be comfortable working with quantitative analysis 
  • Data and impact oriented – A passion for evidence-based policies and social impact
